trees are the most stable bioelectrical systems in nature. trees produce the oxygen we need to live, and the carbon dioxide waste we expire, trees use to create more oxygen for us. we share a divine, living, breathing connection. it is no wonder, the more intentional we are with our breath, and the more time we spend in nature, the more heart rate slows, cortisol drops, and the nervous system stabilizes, switching off the “fight or flight” stress response and turning on the parasympathetic calm. it is only in the parasympathetic state that the electromagnetic field your heart emits gets more coherent, expansive and magnetic. it is only by practicing and maintaining this state, that we remain in rhythm of healthy growth and healing, optimizing performance and recovery.

&beyond strives for the remembrance and use of our most powerful tool and preserver of life, the breath. when we breathe with intention and connect our breath to our deep core, we simply think and move more efficiently. this divine practice optimizes joint, muscular, and organ function, preventing the risk of injury, dysfunction and pain of both mind and body. even further up the spiral, the intentional connection and coordination of the breath and core with resisted movement, makes us most stable, like the trees.
